We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unused, you are required to have returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods can be returned to the following address :

Please note that postage will need to be paid for. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. We recommend you pay for recorded delivery, as we will be unable to provide a refund until the product is received. In order to return goods to a store you will need to print off a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email - attached to the notification of despatch email.
